The Philosophy of meshitelop

meshitelop is a place to share the real meal you're eating right now. Through unedited, everyday meals, we aim to connect people around the world through food. To keep the Service a place everyone can post and browse with peace of mind, we've set out the following guidelines.

Posts We Welcome

- Photos of a meal you are actually eating (or about to eat) right now
- Honest comments about the post, such as the dish name or your thoughts
- Respectful likes and comments toward other Users

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following posts, comments, and actions are prohibited. If found, they may be removed, or the account suspended, without notice.

- Images unrelated to food, spam, or posts intended as advertising
- Falsely posting a meal as though you are eating it when you are not
- Faking a Restaurant post or Swipe target with false location information
- Posts containing violent, sexual, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Harassment, defamation, or threats toward other Users
- Impersonating others, or providing false profile information
- Posts that infringe a third party's copyright, right of publicity, or other rights
- Inappropriate contact with or solicitation of minors

Reporting and Blocking

If you come across an inappropriate post, comment, or User, you can report it from the "…" menu on a post or from their profile screen. The Operator reviews report contents. The person you report is never notified that you reported them. You can block anyone you'd rather not interact with at any time — once blocked, their posts and comments are no longer shown to you. You can unblock someone at any time from "Blocked Users" in Settings.

Response to Violations

If a post or action is found to violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Service, the Operator may take the following actions:

- Remove the post or comment in question
- Send a warning
- Temporarily suspend or delete the account

Depending on the severity of the violation, action may be taken without prior warning.

Appeals

If a post removal, account suspension, or other action doesn't seem right to you, or you believe it was made in error, please contact meshitelop@gmail.com. We'll review the matter and respond.
